We are located in a small and picturesque square – Piazza Luigi Salvatore D’Austria, more commonly known by the locals as Subba Square due to the presence of the antique and famous Subba pastry shop – in the historical center that borders the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele and is surrounded by numerous alleyways that characterize the ancient cityscape of Lipari.

Our position is strategic as it allows you to reach, in a very short time, the main attractions and logistical points for travel to various villages and beaches as well as the other islands. The port for hydrofoils and ships, used to reach the other islands, and the bus terminal where you can catch shuttles to the beaches are about 350 meters away. The castle, inside of which there are the cathedral, museum, archaeological park and Greek-Roman amphitheater, lies behind us. By walking along Via Garibaldi, which is characterized by many shops and boutiques, you can reach Marina Corta, an extraordinary square on the sea where time seems to stand still. The hotel consists of two buildings, both in the same square: the main one that hosts six apartments and another that has two residential units respectively on the first and second floors, as well as the reception area and the information point on the ground floor. All nine of the apartments have an independent entrance and are served by a comfortable and spacious reception area, open 10 hours a day, to meet any requests, provide information, welcome clients upon arrival, assist them during their stay, and make departure easy, with the possibility to conveniently store luggage. Another two annexed apartments are part of the hotel and are located on the first floor of an antique Liberty-style villa that is known as Marina Lunga and is located in Via Francesco Crispi, about 250 m from the hydrofoil port and from the beginning of the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele. All of the apartments are equipped with satellite TV and are air-conditioned. The décor, with rustic furniture and wrought iron beds, is pleasant and functional, and the mattresses are orthopedic and rest on slatted frames. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator; those on the first floor have balconies while those on the second floor have a terrace.
