The three standard studios are located on the first floor, are spacious and comfortable, and each have an independent balcony. Each studio is furnished with a double wardrobe, double bed with slatted frame and orthopedic mattress, two bedside tables with lamps, table and chairs; the kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer and a complete set of kitchen equipment. The furnishings are rustic style and the headboards are made of wrought iron. The bathroom has a shower but does not have a bidet. Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV and hot/cold air conditioning.
