Volcanoes

The Aeolian archipelago is of volcanic origin and is situated in the Tyrrhenian Sea, north of the Sicilian coast.  It encompasses two active volcanoes, Stromboli and Vulcano, and various secondary volcanic phenomena.  The Aeolian island arc is 200 km long and is composed of seven emerged volcanic islands and various underwater mountains.  We will show you how to reach them and who to contact for a safe excursion.
